We are looking for our next Chief Executive to capitalise on these conditions, continue to ensure we meet our financial, social, and environmental commitments, and build a future-proofed organisation to consistently deliver the best for our communities.

As our next Chief Executive, you will lead an outstanding team of committed professionals, delivering robust and sustainable solutions to the challenges faced by our residents and businesses. You will play a key ambassadorial role, representing Wiltshire regionally and nationally, working with our partners in the NHS and broader public sector to continue focusing on our prevention agenda. You will provide outstanding financial leadership, ensuring that we remain financially sustainable and focused on delivering the best value for money for the communities we serve.
